You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws.

Coachr provides:

• Nutrition tracking
• Workout tracking
• Coach-member management
• Messaging
• Progress monitoring
• AI-assisted food recognition
• Health and fitness planning tools

Coachr is an educational and organizational platform and does not provide medical care.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use the app lawfully
• Respect other users
• Not misuse or interfere with the platform

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Coachr does not provide medical advice.

Calorie estimates, nutrition analysis, AI meal recognition, and fitness recommendations are informational only and should not replace advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

Users assume full responsibility for decisions made using the platform.

Coachr facilitates connections between coaches and members.

Unless explicitly stated, coaches are independent users and are not employees, representatives, or agents of Coachr.

Coachr is not responsible for:

• Coaching quality
• Advice provided by coaches
• Workout programming
• Nutrition recommendations
• In-person interactions

Coachr uses AI to assist with food recognition and nutrition estimation.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed by users before relying upon them.

Coachr does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

Coachr and its associated branding, software, interfaces, graphics, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer Coachr except as permitted by law.

Users may not:

• Upload unlawful content
• Harass other users
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with system operation
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Scrape or copy Coachr databases

Coachr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Users may discontinue use or request account deletion at any time.

Coachr is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or the accuracy of all information presented.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coachr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform.

The user's sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue using Coachr.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Coachr after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
